Vestiti – Building a Stronger Brand Identity and Expanding Sales for a Men’s Fashion Brand

Vestiti is a men’s fashion e-commerce brand in Egypt with two offline branches. The main goals were to boost online and offline sales while developing a strategy to support the brand’s expansion and open more branches. Our work focused on creating a strong brand presence, increasing brand awareness, and attracting investment to fuel growth.

Challenges:

  1. Strengthening Brand Identity and Website: Vestiti’s brand identity and online experience needed enhancement to stand out in the competitive fashion market. We organized professional product photoshoots to present their items more attractively and worked on improving the website experience to make it easier for customers to browse and shop.
  2. Conducting Competitive Research: We conducted in-depth research into competitors’ market shares, sales tactics, and website experiences to identify gaps and opportunities for Vestiti. This analysis allowed us to position Vestiti effectively, understanding what the brand could uniquely offer to its audience.
  3. Increasing Brand Awareness: To reach more customers, we created a fun, trendy video featuring popular influencer Mostafa Leshaa’, which connected with a younger audience and went viral, gaining 1.5 million views. This campaign greatly boosted brand visibility and attracted new customers to Vestiti’s website and stores.
  4. Securing Investments for Growth: Vestiti needed additional funding to expand operations and open new branches. Highlighting the brand’s profitability (up to 40%), we targeted business owners, entrepreneurs, and retailers, emphasizing Vestiti’s potential for strong returns. Our experience in business development and negotiation allowed us to play a role in securing investment for the brand.

Results Achieved:

With a full business and marketing strategy in place, we achieved remarkable outcomes:

  • 5 Million EGP in Online Sales: Our efforts significantly boosted online sales, providing a strong revenue stream alongside Vestiti’s offline branches.
  • 1 Million EGP Investment Secured: Our targeted approach attracted investors, allowing Vestiti to strengthen its financial base.
  • Expansion with 2 New Branches: Vestiti’s growth strategy supported the opening of two additional offline branches, expanding its reach and presence in Egypt.

Through a mix of strategic branding, creative marketing, and effective business development, we helped Vestiti achieve solid growth both online and offline, setting the stage for even greater expansion in the future.
